I don't know if you will read this, I don't need an answer, just writing to say, this made me feel something I haven't felt for quite a time. It's like going down rabbit hole and stumbling across something which is life changing, illuminating and a life saver. We may not know each other, but this common feeling of love through writing is what makes me love literature and writing in general. Reading this felt like, someone finally giving words to my feelings which I couldn't articulate or felt stupid to write something about them. I LOVED THIS. KEEP WRITING!
I have always had a critic's voice in the back of my mind: "Am I writing uselessly? Does this help anyone? Or am I just wasting someone's time by asking them to step into my thoughts?"
But alongside that doubt, there is a more hopeful thought too! The reason I love literature, reading, and writing in the first place. It is that moment when someone else's private feeling becomes a shared experience for me.
And I have always hoped that someday, something I write might do the same for someone else - give shape to what they have been holding inside.
That is why I keep this blog alive. If it can create even a small space for someone to think, read, and feel, then I am fulfilled.
Your words gave my critic an answer today. It means more than I can say.
